§ 156.30 CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS.
   No land-disturbing activity, development, building, structure, road, driveway or other development related activity which requires a permit under the terms of this chapter or other ordinance of the town shall be permitted unless the Director, the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Adjustment, or the Town Council, whichever has final authority over the application, has determined that the project as designed and sited meets all of the requirements of this chapter and substantially conforms to the best management practices set forth in this chapter.
