§ 30.77  ABSENCE OR DISABILITY OF TOWN MANAGER.
   (A)   The Town Manager shall designate an administrative officer to assume duties, in case of his or her absence or disability.
   (B)   If there is no Manager under contract, the Council may designate a qualified administrative officer of the town to perform the duties of the Manager.
