§ 156.10 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER REGULATIONS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to modify or exempt development from applicable requirements of the state and other ordinances and/or regulations of the town, including but not limited to the following.
   (A)   Land disturbance. Proposed land-disturbing activity shall meet all applicable state standards and any other applicable regulations of the town. The provisions of this chapter may be more restrictive and may require the submission of plans and a permit which may not be required by the land disturbance and soil erosion requirements.
   (B)   Septic tanks. Where one or more septic tanks are to be used for individual sewage disposal, the proposed land-disturbing activity shall meet all state standards and all applicable regulations of the county as well as any standards set forth by the town relating to septic tanks.
   (C)   Sewage disposal. If sewage is to be provided by any means other than one or more individual septic tanks, the sewage treatment shall meet all applicable state standards and all applicable regulations of Polk County and all applicable regulations of the town relating to sewage disposal.
   (D)   Individual wells. Where one or more wells are to be used for a potable water supply, the proposed land-disturbing activity shall meet all applicable regulations of the state, the county and the town relating to water wells.
   (E)   Water systems. If a public water supply system is to be provided, the water supply system shall meet all applicable standards and regulations of the state and the town.
