§ 156.09 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES.
   Prior to any land-disturbing activity permit, development approval or building permit being issued, the Director shall require a site plan in sufficient detail to review the proposed development for compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The application requirements of this chapter hereof shall apply in addition to the submission requirements for subdivision plats, master subdivision plans, planned unit developments, preliminary development plans, land-disturbing activity permits, and building permits as specified in other ordinances or regulations of the town, as applicable. The Director shall determine if the application provides the information required by this chapter and shall refuse to process any such application that does not contain the information required for an application for development approval, subdivision, land-disturbing activity or building and for a permit under the terms of this chapter.
