§ 156.06 APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter shall apply to any subdivision plat, master subdivision plan, Planned Unit Development, land-disturbing activity permit, building permit or any other development proposal on property situated on a protected mountain ridge, as defined herein, or for which the average slope, as determined by § 156.25(N) below, is 20% or greater. This chapter shall apply, and the Director shall apply and enforce the provisions of this chapter, to the earliest application for development for building approval required of the applicant. When an application for preliminary subdivision plat, master subdivision plan, Planned Unit Development, or preliminary development plan as may be required by other provisions of this code of ordinances, land-disturbing activity or a building permit pertaining to property regulated by this chapter is filed, the application shall be required to demonstrate compliance with applicable provisions of this chapter, unless compliance has already been satisfactorily demonstrated by prior application and approval as determined by the Director.
