(A) Zoning jurisdiction. The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all land within the corporate limits of the town, as established on the map entitled "Official Zoning Map, Town of Columbus".
(B) Exemption. This chapter shall in no way regulate, prohibit or otherwise deter any bonafide farm and its related uses, except that any use of the property for non-farm purposes shall be subject to these regulations.
