§ 154.002 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.

The Town Council, in pursuance of the authority granted by the G.S. Chapters 160A-381 through 160A-392, Art. 19, hereby ordain and enact into law the following subchapter and sections for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community.
