§ 153.77 CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES.

No building or other permits shall be issued for the erection or location of a structure, nor shall any construction or installation of improvements commence in a proposed subdivision until the preliminary plat and any required soil erosion and sedimentation control plan have been approved.
