§ 153.74  FIRE PROTECTION.
   (A)   Where public water is available, fire hydrants shall be installed every 500 feet.
   (B)   In subdivisions where public water is not available and where there is an existing or proposed pond feature, a dry hydrant shall be provided for area fire protection wherever possible.
