§ 153.47  MASTER PLANS FOR PHASED MAJOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   Master plan labeling. All phased major subdivision master plans shall include but are not limited to the following information:
      (1)   Title;
      (2)   Original submittal date;
      (3)   Revision dates;
      (4)   Vicinity map;
      (5)   North arrow;
      (6)   Scale (no smaller than one inch equals 200 feet);
      (7)   Phase lines;
      (8)   Proposed timetable for development;
      (9)   Proposed lot lines;
      (10)   Zoning districts;
      (11)   Adjacent property owner names, parcel numbers and zoning;
      (12)   Total acreage;
      (13)   Proposed acreage in lots;
      (14)   Proposed acreage in street right-of-way;
      (15)   Proposed acreage and percent of overall development in open space;
      (16)   Overall density per acre;
      (17)   Building setbacks in table format;
      (18)   Locations of existing structures;
      (19)   Boundaries of flood plains or note stating that property is not within one;
      (20)   Existing topography and designation of slopes greater than 50%;
      (21)   General environmental information;
      (22)   Proposed street types and cross sections;
      (23)   A statement regarding the proposed amount of grading to take place; and
      (24)   A statement regarding the proposed method of stormwater management.
   (B)   Master plan submittal requirements:
      (1)   Three full-size copies for staff review;
      (2)   Three full-size copies and one reduced (11 inches by 17 inches) copy for Planning Board; and
      (3)   One digital copy in .pdf format.
