§ 30.25 CAUSING REMOVAL OF FIRE HAZARDS.

(A) The Fire Department shall cause the removal of fire hazards by serving a proper order on the owner or agent of the premises in question, the order to state a reasonable time limit.

(B) Failure to comply with the order shall be considered a misdemeanor.
