§ 153.09  APPEALS.
   Appeals from decisions of the Subdivision Administrator shall be taken to the Board of Adjustment; appeals from the decisions of the Board of Adjustment shall be taken to the Court of Record as provided by law. Appeals must be filed within 30 days from the date the respective order or decision is issued.
