§ 153.02 JURISDICTION AND AUTHORITY.

(A) Jurisdiction. This chapter, the regulations and the procedures contained herein shall apply to and govern each and every lot, parcel or tract of land within the town.

(B) Authority. The Town Council hereby adopts this chapter pursuant to the authority and provisions conferred by G.S. Ch. 160A-360.
