§ 151.60  NONCOMPLIANT RENTAL UNITS.
   Any rental unit shall be judged and determined as substandard or unfit for human habitation as any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, rooming unit, building or structure is determined as such herein set forth in this code.
