§ 151.46 INTERIOR STRUCTURE.
   (A)   All interior structural components shall be maintained structurally sound, and be capable of supporting the imposed loads.
   (B)   All interior surfaces including windows and doors shall be maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.
   (C)   Every stair, ramp, landing, porch, deck or other walking surface shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair.
   (D)   Each stairwell with more than four risers shall have handrails located in accordance with requirements of the Building Code. Every handrail shall be firmly fastened and capable of supporting normally imposed loads.
   (E)   Every bathroom and bedroom shall have a door that fits reasonably well within its frame in good working condition with a privacy lock on the door.
   (F)   Every floor, wall and ceiling shall be substantially rodent proof, shall be kept in sound condition and good repair and shall be safe to use and capable of supporting the load which normal use may cause to be placed thereon. Each shall be free from cracks, breaks or holes which permit air to excessively penetrate the room.
