§ 151.43  ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
   (A)   All fixtures, receptacles, equipment and wiring shall be maintained in a state of good repair, safe, capable of being used and installed and connected to the source of electrical power in accordance with the Electrical Code of the state, for existing dwellings.
   (B)   The minimum capacity of the service supply and main disconnect switch shall be sufficient to carry the total load required in accordance with the Electrical Code of the state, for existing dwellings.
   (C)   Every dwelling shall be safely and adequately wired for electric lights and convenient receptacles. Every habitable room shall have provisions for adequate lighting and other necessary electrical service, with kitchen, bath, hall and exits having ceiling and/or wall mounted fixtures.
   (D)   Every common hall and stairway of every multiple dwelling containing five or more dwelling units shall be adequately lighted at all times. Every common hall and stairway in every multiple dwelling containing less than five dwelling units shall be supplied with conveniently located light switches, controlling an adequate lighting system which may be turned on when needed instead of full-time lighting. Where the difference between floor levels is six steps or more, there shall be a wall switch at each floor level.
