§ 151.40  GENERAL.
   No persons shall occupy as owner/occupant or let to another person(s) for residential occupancy any dwelling or dwelling unit designed for or intended to be used for the purposes of living, eating, sleeping or cooking therein, which does not comply with the following required standards.
