§ 150.01  TRAILER PARKS.
   (A)   Trailer parks are permitted in General Residential District provided that:
      (1)   The area of the trailer park site shall be a minimum of two acres, and the park shall have minimum of five trailer spaces available at first occupancy;
      (2)   The distance of every trailer from the nearest property line shall meet the front, side and rear yard requirements for single-family residences in the single-family residential district;
      (3)   The minimum lot size for each trailer space shall be 40 by 60 feet and there shall be no more than ten trailer spaces per acre of site area; and
      (4)   A densely planted buffer strip, consisting of trees, shrubs or other planting, at least ten feet in height shall be provided along the rear and/ or side property lines of the trailer park. No such buffer shall, however, extend nearer to a street right-of-way line than the established building line of adjoining lots.
   (B)   Accessory buildings or structures provided such shall be permitted only in a rear yard and shall be not less than five feet from any property line, and further provided that in the case of corner lots, the buildings or structures shall be set back at least 30 feet from any side street right-of-way line.
