§ 131.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Any person who shall fire off, discharge or explode any firearm, gun pistol, air gun or air rifle, cartridge or fireworks, within the corporate limits of the town on, or off his or her premises, in sport or amusement, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to and shall pay a penalty of $10.
