§ 130.04 DRINKING IN TOWN RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or drink any alcoholic beverage, as defined in G.S. § 18B-101(4), on the premises of any park, swimming pool, playing field, playground or other recreational facility of any kind whatsoever owned and operated by the town.
