(A) In addition to the license required by the terms of this chapter, the following taxes, or license fees, shall be paid and collected, and no person engaging in the designated businesses, or a combination thereof, shall maintain the premises without having first obtained a license therefor:
(1) Discotheque; dance hall: $25;
(2) Amusement center: $25; and
(3) Billiard or pool halls: $25.
(B) These license fees shall be paid in addition to the license fee imposed upon each mechanical amusement device.
