§ 117.12 NON-COIN-OPERATED DEVICES; LICENSE.

It shall be unlawful to maintain or expose for public use any non-coin-operated amusement device, commonly referred to as a "slotless slot machine" without having first obtained a license therefor. The annual fee for the license shall be the sum of $10 for each such device.
