It shall be unlawful for any person to install, operate or maintain any mechanical amusement device without having first obtained a license therefor. Applications shall be made to the Town Clerk. The fee for the license shall be $10 per year, or any portion of a year, for each machine or device so licensed. The license period shall be the same as the fiscal year of the town.
