No pool room, billiard hall, discotheque and/or dance hall or amusement center shall be operated within the town unless the same shall have been first duly licensed, and the requisite tax paid to the Town Clerk on all amusement devices, billiard tables, pool tables or other mechanical amusement devices (coin- or non-coin-operated types) pursuant to the provisions of G.S. § 160A-211.
