§ 114.01  GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Tattoo parlors will only be allowed in the Highway Commercial District.
   (B)   Tattoo parlors will be allowed in the Highway Commercial District as a conditional use only.
   (C)   The procedures outlined in §§ 154.080 through 154.083 shall be allowed when reviewing permits for tattoo parlors.
