(A) Once issued, no privilege license to operate as a massage therapist or for the operation of a massage therapy establishment may be transferred from one person, corporation, name or location to another.
(B) No person, corporation, partnership or association licensed to operate as a massage therapist or a massage therapy establishment under the provisions of this chapter shall permit any person to perform massage therapy upon the premises operated by the licensee or in any other location under his or her or its direction unless the person performing the massage therapy is licensed under this chapter.
