§ 92.50 PRIMARY FIRE LIMIT; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The primary fire limit is hereby designated as 200 feet each side of N.C. Highway # 108 from the intersection of the highway with the western Central Business District Zoning Boundary line of the town to the intersection of the highway with the eastern Central Business Zoning Boundary line of the town.
   (B)   No frame or wooden building or structure or addition thereto shall hereafter be erected, altered, repaired or moved (either into the primary fire limit or from one place to another within the primary fire limit) except upon the permit of the local inspection department approved by the Commissioner of Insurance, and if none, then the Council.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4. Furthermore, the town may apply to the General Court Justice of the state for injunctive relief and/or damages.
