There is hereby adopted by the governing body §§ 1900, 1901, 1902, 1903 and 1904 of the Regulations of the State Department of Environment, Health and Natural resources Division of Environmental Management Air Quality Section as promulgated in the State Administrative Code in effect January 1, 1999; and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof, except to the extent by other town ordinances more restrictive-shall be controlling within the limits of the Town, copies of which shall be kept in the Fire Department's office and in the Town Manager's office.
