§ 91.10  COUNTERFEITING TAGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to counterfeit a rabies vaccination tag or to use the vaccination tag that has not been properly obtained from a licensed veterinarian or from properly qualified laymen in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 130A-190.
