§ 91.08  MAINTENANCE OF ANIMAL LOTS, PENS AND THE LIKE.
   Every person who owns or maintains any pen, lot, shelter or other place where animals are kept shall maintain the same in a sanitary manner, and in a humane manner, and shall maintain any of these in accordance with the General Statutes of the state.
