§ 91.02  PURPOSE DECLARED.
   This subchapter is enacted for the purpose of protecting the people of the county from rabies transmitted by unconfined, uncontrolled and un-immunized dogs, and to regulate dogs, cats and other animals that are a particular nuisance or danger.
