(A) The town does hereby adopt as a town ordinance the Animal Control Ordnance adopted by the Rutherford-Polk-McDowell District Board of Health and by the County Board of Commissioners as an ordinance for the town; the ordinance being adopted in its entirety to the end that the ordinance may be enforceable within the town in the same manner as the same is now enforceable within the areas of the county situated outside of its municipalities.
(B) The Animal Control Officer of the county shall have the same powers and authority within the municipal limits of the town as he or she now has in the areas of the county situated outside its municipalities.
(C) All monies received under the Animal Control Ordinance shall be paid as provided in the county ordinance and the town shall not be entitled to any portion of the money.
