§ 90.07  EMERGENCY ACTION.
   Notwithstanding the notice provisions set out in § 90.06 above, the Town Manager, or his or her agent, shall have authority to summarily remove, abate or remedy any condition that is dangerous or prejudicial to the public health or public safety.
