Certain parking spaces may be designated for use by disabled persons only. No person shall park a motor vehicle, which does not have displayed in the appropriate location on the motor vehicle, a decal, sticker, tag and the like, issued by the state signifying that one or more persons in the motor vehicle are disabled, in any parking space designated as disabled parking.
