(A) No person shall operate or allow another person to operate, on the streets, sidewalks, alleys, highways or upon the property of any person, firm or corporation, without permission of the owner thereof, situated within the corporate limits of the town any motorcycles, motorbikes, motor scooters, trail bikes, motorized bicycles and similar motor vehicles unless the motor vehicle is equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise, annoying smoke and smoke screens, a muffler in good working order shall be a muffler equivalent to the muffler equivalent to the muffler that the motor vehicles are equipped with by the manufacturer of the same and in the event the muffler shall be equipped with a cut off whereby the noise of the muffler can be increased or decreased, the muffler shall be at all times set in the position to cause the least noise.
(B) No person shall operate or allow to be operated any of the type of motor vehicles enumerated in the caption of this section upon the sidewalks within the town or upon the property owned by any person, firm or corporation, without the permission of the owner thereof, within the corporate limits of the town.
(C) No person shall allow any person without a valid operator's license to operate any of the motor vehicles enumerated in the caption of this chapter within the corporate limits of the town.
