Each provision of this Chapter shall be separable from every other part or provision held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction; such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision hereof.
Chapter 20 was adopted by Ord. No. 93-1, effective February 2, 1996. Article V, formerly “CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE IX,” and all sections of the former ARTICLE V have been renumbered by the adoption of Ord. No. 93-1.
