SECTION 17-101.   DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS.
Not less than ninety-five (95) percent of lodging taxes collected under this chapter shall be used by a local convention or tourism bureau, as designated by City Council resolution, for the purpose of marketing and promoting the city as a tourist or convention destination.
