SECTION 15-305.   ALCOHOLIC AND INTOXICATING BEVERAGES.
Alcoholic beverages, intoxicating beverages, and nonintoxicating malt liquors, all as defined by Minnesota Law, are not permitted for possession, consumption, or sale within a City Park unless a permit or license has been first obtained.
