No motorized vehicle or machines of any kind, except those operated by and for the City may drive on or across any park, except as specifically authorized pursuant to the City Code of Ordinances. Motor vehicles shall be parked in spaces designated only. There shall be no parking or motor vehicles in a park or in a parking area in a park after the closing hour.
