Parks open one-half hour before sunrise and close one-half hour after sunset. No person shall remain in a park after the closing hour. The closing hour for activities authorized as part of the City’s recreation program may be modified by the City. The City Council may by resolution further limit the hours for the conduct of specific activities within parks.
