SECTION 14-904.   HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES.
Transportation of Hazardous Substances into the City of Columbus for treatment or processing or storage is hereby prohibited. Treatment, processing, or storage of Hazardous Substances generated or created within the City of Columbus shall be in accordance with federal and state law.
