A septic report shall be required for accessory buildings and building additions over 240 square feet before a building permit will be issued. The report shall include the following:
A. Identification of an alternate Subsurface Sewage Treatment System site of at least 3,000 square feet and soils suitable for a Standard System as defined by Minn. R. Ch. 7080.
B. The location of all wells on the property.
