SECTION 14-324. ENTRY UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

The City Engineer and other duly authorized employees of the City bearing proper credentials and identification, shall at reasonable times be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in connection with the operation of the City Sanitary Sewer and Waterworks system.
