SECTION 14-322. PENALTY PROVISION.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall do or commit any act that is forbidden by the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 or to be imprisoned in the County Jail for a period not to exceed ninety days.
