SECTION 14-141.   ABATEMENT.
Upon notification from the Building Inspector or from the Anoka County health officials of an uncorrected violation of this Chapter, the City Council may, in addition to any other lawful remedies, order that the violation be abated. Any action by the City to abate said violation shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 16C of this City Code.

SECTION 14-150.   ADMINISTRATION.
This chapter of the City Code shall be principally administered and enforced through the coordinated offices of the City Administrator and the Building Inspector. When site conditions make it unlikely that the strict requirements of this Chapter can be met, the property owner may apply for a Variance. Any Individual Sewage Treatment System which by its design, capacity or location requires a State agency permit shall also require a Conditional Use Permit. Variance applications and Conditional Use applications shall be administered and adjudicated in accordance with Chapters 7A and 10 of this City Code.
