SECTION 4-702.   LICENSE REQUIRED.
No person shall permit temporary sales within the City of Columbus without having first secured a license to operate the same. The license shall be issued by the City Clerk after approval by the City Zoning Administrator as provided in § 4-102. The City Zoning Administrator may only issue the temporary sales license following the City Building Official and Fire Marshal review for compliance with the City Building Code.
