Pursuant to Minnesota Rules Part 1300.0150 and Minnesota Statutes Section 326B.082, a violation of the code is a misdemeanor, and may be prosecuted in accordance with state law and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Article I, Section 109 of the City Code.
