SECTION 13-103.   STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AS A PREREQUISITE.
No building permit shall be issued until the Zoning Administrator has determined that the proposed development is exempt from the provisions of Chapter 7D or that a proper Storm Water Management Plan has been submitted to the City.
