ARTICLE II
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide minimum requirements for the protection of the safety and welfare of the general public and the owners and occupants of structures within the City of Columbus. All construction in the City of Columbus shall be governed by the terms of this Ordinance.
