Upon notification from the Authority Having Jurisdiction of an uncorrected violation of the Minnesota Fire Code, the City Council may, in addition to any other lawful remedies, order that the violation be abated. Any action by the City to abate said violation shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 16C of this City Code.
